Ryan Freedman graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison's Real Estate and Urban Land Economics program. He was born and raised in the Florida market, starting his career at Southern Management and Development, L.P. acquiring and developing Eckerd drug store sites. He later moved into acquisitions for Bruce Toll’s BET Investments and now is a managing partner at CCI.
Laurin Seiden also graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Real Estate and Urban Land Economics program. She grew up in Manhattan with a prominent real estate upbringing. Her family business is Stonehenge Partners and she has been closely associated with all aspects of Real Estate from a young age. She has since moved to Miami Beach and received initial marketing experience at Cervera Real Estate Group on their Quantum on the Bay project. She is now applying herself as a managing partner at City Center Investments.
Christopher Jett graduated from the University of Buffalo with a major in Political Science. Upon completing his Bachelor's degree he worked for Seebald & Associates as a teacher/auditor for different port security details and officers throughout the United States. After teaching for S&A he was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing for the entire company. Christopher then moved to Miami July '04 to pursue career in Real Estate Sales and Development with City Center Investments.
